"URL blocked" error

Clearing cache for Google Chrome:

  1. Select 3 Vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of the browser Just below the "X" that is used to close the browser for your Chrome Options.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Security and Privacy.
  4. In the middle of the page, select 'Clear browsing data'.
  5. You will be under "Basic" by default
  6. Select Time Range: Last 7 days or Last 4 weeks.
  7. Leave all boxes selected (Browsing history, Cookies and other site data,, and cached images and files)
  8. Select Clear Data.
  9. Once the process has finished, close your browser, re-open your browser, and navigate to https://contractdocs.aia.org.
  10. You should then be able to login.

Clearing cache for Microsoft Edge:

  1. Select 3 horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner of the browser for Edge Options.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Privacy, search and services on the left-hand side of the page, 2nd option down.
  4. In the middle of the page, under "Clear browsing data" select 'Choose what to clear".
  5. Select Time Range: Last 7 days or Last 4 weeks.
  6. Leave all boxes selected (Browsing history, Download History, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files)
  7. Select Clear now.
  8. Once the process has finished, close your browser, re-open your browser, and navigate to https://contractdocs.aia.org.
  9. You should then be able to login.

Clearing cache for Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Select 3 horizontal lines in the upper right-hand corner of the browser for your Firefox Options.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Privacy & Security on the left-hand side of the page, 4th option down.
  4. In the middle of the page, under "Cookies and Site Data" select "Clear Data".
  5. Select Clear
  6. Leave all boxes selected (Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content)
  7. Select Clear.
  8. Once the process has finished, close your browser, re-open your browser, and navigate to https://contractdocs.aia.org.
