You will have the option of setting up a new phone number (No Email Option) that you would like to use for authentication for MFA at the first time you login.
- You will begin by either logging into aiacontracts.com, selecting “Online Service (ACD5) and being prompted that way or you will navigate to https://contractdocs.aia.org and after logging in, you will be prompted that way.
- you will receive a text message to input a pin number that will give you access to the platform.
- After authentication, you will receive access to the software platform.
- After the account has been authenticated the first time, you will not be required to authenticate again unless Microsoft detects that there has been a drastic change to your system, or you sign-in using another PC or laptop.
